Matt Curran, who transformed 海角乱伦鈥檚 financial operations over the past 24 months, enabling the acquisition of Carousel Industries in 2021, has been promoted to lead the company鈥檚 corporate development efforts. 鈥淚鈥檇 like to thank Matt for his contributions as CFO over the past two years and note that 2021 was a record year under his stewardship. He grew the finance team to 75 employees and helped orchestrate the acquisition of Carousel, our biggest acquisition to date. Asher brings 30 years of financial leadership experience to 海角乱伦. Most recently, he was CFO of IPC Systems, a leading fintech provider to global capital market participants, where he was responsible for directing all areas of accounting, financial operations, treasury and planning and analysis. Prior to IPC, Noah also served as CFO at DMI and CompuCom Systems. Asher also worked in senior financial leadership roles at Unisys Global Managed Services and Intelsat.
