海角乱伦 has been awarded a 2-year contract (with the State of Texas, Local Government and Higher Education within Texas via The Department of Information Resources (DIR) providing Cybersecurity Services.  The Contract may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state.

  1. Generate a purchase order made payable to 海角乱伦 Corporation and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-4892 on your purchase order.
  2. E-mail your purchase order and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative.

Using DIR Sample SOW, Customer and Vendor work to draft scope and requirements based on end-user needs.

  1. DIR Statement of Work (SOW) Process:
  2. Submit to one or more Vendors.                                                        
  3. Negotiate with vendor to finalize SOW.                                                        
  4. Vendor submits final SOW to DIR prior to signing.                                                      
  5. DIR approves, agreement (SOW) is signed between Vendor and Customer.                                                        
  6. Generate a purchase order (PO) made payable to 海角乱伦 Corporation and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-4892 on your Purchase Order.
  7. E-mail your PO and quote form to your designated vendor sales representative, prior to any work beginning.
